Just cancelled my @comcast internet service for @ZiplyFiber. Finally, I have symmetric 1Gbps fiber for 1/2 the cost of xfinity’s wimpy 40Mbps upload. That’s also FTTH (not fiber to the hub) and there’s no stupid data caps.

Imma have to call BS on the @ZiplyFiber tech. Paying for 50Mbps Up/Down, rarely get 40Mbps, and yet the tech told me 60 is the max for coax which I know for a fact is complete bullsh*t! So I’m paying for a service I’m not even getting that is more than capable of doing! Rip off!

PSA: @ZiplyFiber will charge you for unused and previously cancelled services with no hesitation and has no problem lying about it even when you have the receipts to prove it. Any comment @AskZiplyFiber ?

For the love of god @XfinitySupport, I pay you over $200 every month and I should not have to push a button on my TV remote, walk into another room and come back before the TV reacts. Now that we have @ZiplyFiber in our neighborhood I’m ready to get rid of your horrible service

After 23yrs as a @comcast customer, they just kept raising rates and didn’t offer me what I need.Tomorrow, I get @ZiplyFiber installed. End of an era since 1999.But my bill will go from $127 to $23/mo. ($43 after 12 mo, no contract.)Wish me luck!!

@ZiplyFiber I had to travel to work today because ziply has been down for 2 days. I read to check Twitter, no updates here either. Tomorrow morning if not resolved we’re canceling. This is bogus.

@ZiplyFiber Please come and install in the NW Portland area! Centurylink has shown zero interest in our area, and our cable speeds are awful. :(

@mmm0002 @ZiplyFiber Yeah I can relate. Been a little over a week and no communication unless I initiated it. Glad I didn't cancel cable service last week. Possible installation today, but not really sure when... hopefully this is just an oversight and not foretelling of the service to come.
