@Bari_3J @ceesay257 Same. I bought ESPN+ to get around it, then it made me use my xfinity to login. So that didn’t work. Had to poach my parents’ DirecTV login and use that on my iPad. We lose after all that I may burn it all.

@Xfinity this I tried to get it fixed, but had deal with customer service via text, unless I wanted them to call me while I was at work. Part of the process was to look up the serial number on the cable box.....

It is odd that Comcast’s Customer Solutions team doesn’t work on the weekend. This is when most of the big TV events are likely to happen. So I have to wait until Monday evening to get my cable issue resolved. No wonder people are cutting the cable. @comcast

Hello all, shoe business running smooth so I went and applied to make extra money on the side and I’m now a Comcast rep. I can sell service to Illinois, michigan and Indiana residents. If you are under contract I can try and figure out a way to lower your bill.

@sleestakk Yep, this is it. They announced it I think in 2016 that they were ending their contract with WGN as part of starting their own network. They’re also gonna pull out of Comcast Chicago when that contract is up.

So I just got a message from Comcast saying they are seeing an issue with our signal here so they are wanting to send out a tech. But because we had to swap out our modem, they want to charge us $100 for this tech visit. NO!!! I am not paying $100 for you guys to fix YOUR issues!

This is absolutely disgusting! I should never have to pay extra for something that is free of charge to begin with. And I should never have to pay for a tech to fix Comcast's own issues. I'm absolutely disgusted by this level of service. No loyalty to long paying customers here.

@XfinitySupport stay away from xfinity internet for home use! Mine constantly gets throttled or goes down entirely! And just when you most need it. Can’t wait to switch to US Internet. It was a mistake to switch to xfinity

@noleman95 @deecwilliams I’m not getting rid of Comcast anytime soon, so I’m just looking for something cheap that includes the ACC Network to get me bye for now. I’m really only worried about away games because I go to all the home games. Hard to believe this is still a problem as Comcast charges.
