Do not use Xifinity internet!!@Xfinity they will tell you they will not put you on a contract send you a bunch of text messages to approve all the while promising no contract!!Then when you cancel them because the community you live in changes providers they want to bill you $70

Started a new job that’s remote begged @Xfinity to keep my service on till my first pay check. I agreed to Monday 1st payday and they cut it off on my second day of work. Now they’re saying we need payment, I would’ve made other plans, instead of believing your reps.

I suppose that one way to try and get rid of me. Keep it a big secret. Don't let anyone know how much you pay for internet. I know the condos pay $29 a month. Xfinity advertise $49 and when I asked that is only for New customer. I'm not paying they don't care

@helloElisha @comcastcares Looks like our cable just returned. I’m rebooting our modem and router now to see if we are getting an internet signal/IP from Comcast. This outage has been brutal.

So I just got a message from Comcast saying they are seeing an issue with our signal here so they are wanting to send out a tech. But because we had to swap out our modem, they want to charge us $100 for this tech visit. NO!!! I am not paying $100 for you guys to fix YOUR issues!

This is absolutely disgusting! I should never have to pay extra for something that is free of charge to begin with. And I should never have to pay for a tech to fix Comcast's own issues. I'm absolutely disgusted by this level of service. No loyalty to long paying customers here.

@XfinitySupport stay away from xfinity internet for home use! Mine constantly gets throttled or goes down entirely! And just when you most need it. Can’t wait to switch to US Internet. It was a mistake to switch to xfinity

@noleman95 @deecwilliams I’m not getting rid of Comcast anytime soon, so I’m just looking for something cheap that includes the ACC Network to get me bye for now. I’m really only worried about away games because I go to all the home games. Hard to believe this is still a problem as Comcast charges.
